I've worked on cars since I can remember. My"Dad" once said I'd worked on them since I was big enough to crawl up on a fender. I love Street Rods. Never wanted an "Original" car. I really like the late 20's and all the 30's cars. Some in the 40's are nice to. I don't do much work on cars for others anymore. Mostly for myself as a past time. I'm retired now and this is something I can enjoy as I feel like it. Building a car from the ground up is sort of like raising a child. You see the idea start. It's born and as you go through the steps, it evolves and grows. It gains it's own personality and respect.
Me and my 2 Children live in Western North Carolina. I've been all around the U.S. but honestly, I don't know of another place I'd rather live. The mountains with the Spring, Summer and Fall are great.
